Before I started reading personal finance blogs I did not think there was any way to get out of debt. It was finding posts that listed simple things you can do that got me started..and keep me going. It might be a good idea to put a note in a calendar to call the companies every couple of months until you get the results you are looking for. Thanks for listing my post as a snowflake.
