I have noticed the other carnivals have a secondary way to submit (usually email) which is very helpful when the form isn't working. I have had to use the email route more than once - I guess somehow I'm always trying to submit at the busiest time. I also don't have a lot of opportunities to submit so it would be very helpful if an email option was available. Oh - I just tried again, the page finally loaded for me, and I almost got to submit by the form but it reset while I was typing and everything went blank. Darn!
